Donating to the HAVE A HEART FOUNDATION

There are several ways that you can make a contribution to the HAVE A HEART FOUNDATION. The HAVE A HEART FOUNDATION is a licensed 501(c)(3) corporation within the State of Illinois. These contributions are vitally important. They help support local area heart transplant/heart failure programs in the upper Midwest area. The money you give will help to save lives. All contributions are tax deductible to the extent allowable by law.

There are several different ways in which you can make donations:

Memorial Donation A memorial donation is a personal remembrances that honors the life of a friend, relative or colleague with a gift that will help to save lives. Donation envelopes and cards are available for memorial services. Please contact us at the telephone number listed below for assistance.

Tribute Donation A tribute donation is a meaningful, living gift to a friend, relative or colleague by honoring a special occasion. Say “Happy Birthday”, “Happy Anniversary”, “Get Well”, “Congratulations”, or “Condolences” with a contribution to the HAVE A HEART FOUNDATION.

General Donation A general donation helps the HAVE A HEART FOUNDATION continue the important work of supporting advanced heart failure/heart transplant programs in the upper Midwest area.
